ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΗ ΒΙΟΓΡΑΦΙΚΟΥΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΘΕΣΗΣ
As a Brand Activator you will manage and lead projects to drive brand amplification in the Southeast Europe Sub-Cluster countries, while ensuring market-leading excellence in execution towards consumer, shopper and customer on a given portfolio of Essencial Care brands.ΑΡΜΟΔΙΟΤΗΤΕΣ ΘΕΣΗΣ Be the driver behind your brands’ performance in Southeastern Europe. Shape the portfolio strategy and manage the variety of geographies in a way that the company will achieve the best results.
Develop and implement Brand Activation Plans for all brands under their responsibility, ensuring full alignment with regional and cluster brand strategy, but also making necessary adaptations to excel in local context and competition map.
Develop and deploy annual strategy activation plans including Channel Strategy, Pricing, NPIs, Distribution Targets, Activation Plans, budget allocation per country, NTS target, market trends, sell out and market share estimation.
Advise on Perfect in store activation (national & tailor-made) per Category / Brand.
Shape & deliver presentations and plans to Sales teams, Customers / Distributors, Business Development Managers.
Build and harness the power of a cross functional team to align behind objectives and work closely with all departments to perfectly execute a strong professional plan and deliver sales, share and profit targets.
Monitor the market trends, shares of brands and competition setting by delivering compelling insights and translating them in winning activation plans.
Adapt or create professional marketing materials for local brands.
Provide feedback and share local requirements to Transcreation/Adaptation brief for all assets, digital assets and product artworks (Master text and the Final Artwork validation,) while proceed with changes or adjustments to meet local needs.
Actively join and present local point of view and best practices in South Europe Cluster cross functional teams, while drive business results.
Secure synchronization of consumer and shopper/trade activities and managers local BTL budget.
ΑΠΑΡΑΙΤΗΤΑ ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ University/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field.
Master’s degree will be considered as an asset.
2-3 years of related working experience in the FMCG company and/or Mass Market channel.
Proficient skills in English (verbal and written).
Computer literacy.
Knowledge of Retail Audit databases usage (ie. Nielsen, IQVIA, IRI) will be considered as an asset.
