The position refers to the Customer Service Manager.ΑΡΜΟΔΙΟΤΗΤΕΣ ΘΕΣΗΣ Act as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs Maintain client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals Monitoring the client’s budget, costs, and negotiating new terms if necessary Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships Selecting all necessary documents for new hires ΑΠΑΡΑΙΤΗΤΑ ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ Degree related to the business Master’s degree will be an asset Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in account management services, for promotion, merchandising, event planning etc Strong (verbal and written) communication skills in Greek, with the ability to build relationships Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
