ΑΡΜΟΔΙΟΤΗΤΕΣ ΘΕΣΗΣ Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of networking hardware and software Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime Support day-to-day operations and respond to user requests regarding connectivity and network performance Maintain and update network documentation, including diagrams and configurations Work with senior engineers to implement security protocols and upgrades Participate in routine network audits and assist in risk assessments Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve network-related issues Stay up to date with new networking technologies and industry trends ΑΠΑΡΑΙΤΗΤΑ ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) 1-2 years of experience in an integrator or telecommunications provider in infrastructure-user support Knowledge of network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Industry certifications such as CCNA or equivalent are a plus ΠΑΡΟΧΕΣ Competitive Salary Continuous education Ability to work with global leaders and tools
