You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure you are attracting the best talent in the industry. ΑΡΜΟΔΙΟΤΗΤΕΣ ΘΕΣΗΣ Source, screen and interview candidates for a variety of roles across different departments and sectors Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they attract the best candidates Conduct candidate sourcing through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.) Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Assist in onboarding and provide a positive candidate experience Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Provide advisory support to clients, in coordination with the HR Manager Contact universities and technical institutes to attract talent Represent the company at career fairs and professional events to enhance employer branding ΑΠΑΡΑΙΤΗΤΑ ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ Bachelor’s degree (ΑΕΙ, ΤΕΙ, ΙΕΚ) in a relevant field (Master’s degree is considered an asset) Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role in the services sector or agency Experience with sourcing techniques and tools Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems ΕΠΙΘΥΜΗΤΑ ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ Excellent negotiation skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Organizational and time management skills Ability to work under tight deadlines Strategic thinking and decision-making capability Autonomy and innovative thinking Strong sense of responsibility Active listening Client-centric mindset Numerical and analytical thinking ΠΑΡΟΧΕΣ Competitive salary Private health insurance Mobile phone Bonus scheme Opportunities for career advancement and growth Collaborative and inclusive work culture Professional training programs
